Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Needs cooking Rare 2-3 mins Medium 3-6 mins - Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking, lightly oil and season steak - Preheat a dry pan on high - Place steak into dry pan, turn halfway through cooking - Rest for 5 mins before serving Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Serving For best results when frying... Add a knob of butter to the pan one minute before serving, and pour over cooked steaks.
There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.
