M&S Pancake Shaker Mix

Perfect for breakfast or dessert, making pancakes has never been easier with this ready-made mix. Simply shake the bottle, add water or milk to the fill line and shake again to make six delicious pancakes. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes each side and top with your favourite toppings. Serves 6.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 2-4 mins
Cook over a medium heat for 1-2 mins. Turn pancake and cook for further 1-2 mins until golden brown.
Do not reheat.

Just shake the bottle, add water to the fill line and shake again to make 6 delicious pancakes.
1. Shake the bottle well to loosen the contents.
2. Add 290ml of cold water to the bottle or fill to the Fill Line.
3 Replace the cap, invert the bottle and tap lightly on the work surface to loosen the mix from the base of the bottle.
4. Shake well for 1 minute, until mixture is smooth.
5. Preheat a non-stick frying pan, approx. 20cm diameter, over a medium heat and add small amount of oil enough to lightly coat the base of the frying pan.
6. Pour enough batter to cover the base of the pan, just enough to form a thin pancake.
7. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to set, then loosen gently from the edge of the pan with a spatula.
8. Turn or flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
9. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Not suitable for those with a Nut and Peanut allergy.
