Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 1-2 mins each side Cook over medium heat for 1-2 mins. Turn pancake and cook for 1-2 mins until golden brown. Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Just shake the bottle, add water to the fill line and shake again to make 6 delicious pancakes. 1. Turn bottle upside down and shake bottle well to loosen contents. 2. Add 290ml of cold water to the bottle or fill to the Fill Line. 3. Replace the cap, invert the bottle and shake well for about 1 minute, until the mixture is smooth. 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan, approx. 20cm diameter, over a medium heat and add 5ml (1tsp) oil. 5. Pour enough batter to cover the base of the pan, just enough to form a thin pancake. 6. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to set, then loosen gently from the edge of the pan with a spatula. 7. Turn or flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden brown. 8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
