Needs cooking For best results, use the oven from chilled Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W, 4 mins - Remove sleeve and pierce film - Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%) - Leave to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins - Preheat oven and baking tray - Remove sleeve - Peel back film on potato compartment and place potatoes on baking tray in the centre of oven - Peel back film and replace lightly over chicken & vegetables compartment and place on a baking tray next to the potatoes - Leave to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray Do not heat higher than stated temperature; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins - Preheat oven and baking tray - Remove sleeve - Peel back film on potato compartment and place potatoes on baking tray in the centre of oven - Peel back film and replace lightly over chicken & vegetables compartment and place on a baking tray next to the potatoes - Leave to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray Do not heat higher than stated temperature
