Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18 mins Needs cooking - Preheat oven - Product to be cooked sealed in the bag. Pierce the clear section of the bag twice with a knife - Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven - Cook for 18 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min - Carefully cut the end of the bag, take care as the steam is hot - Remove cooked fish with a spatula and pour excess marinade over the fish Do not reheat. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Preparation and Usage
Roast in the bag cod. Step by step guide. Follow the cut marks across the short edge, be careful as steam will escape. Cut along the 2 long edges. Peel back the flap, be careful not to spill the juices. With a fish slice, carefully remove the cod from the board and place on a serving dish. Carefully pour the juices from the bag over the cod.
