Cooking Instructions - General. Ready to cook
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging.
Preheat a frying pan over a high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan. Add escalopes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Rare 1min, medium 1-2min, well done 2-3min
Allow to stand 2 min.
