Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging including skin and clips. Cut haggis up into approximately 3cm chunks and place in a microwaveable bowl and cover. 750W 4 mins 900W 3 mins, 45 secs Allow to stand for 2 mins. Break up haggis with a fork and mix well before serving. Do not remove from microwave until after the standing time. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 20 mins Preheat oven. Remove tag and loop (not skin and clips). Wrap tightly in foil and place in an ovenproof dish. Add water to about 2cm deep and ensure water does not boil dry during cooking. Cook in the centre of the oven. Remove from skin and clips before serving.
