Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs Cooking Electric 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 9 Rare 35 mins Medium 40 mins Well Done 55 mins - Preheat oven. - Remove label. Remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of foil tray. - Remove butter pat and set aside. - Place foil tray directly on the middle shelf of the oven. - 5 mins before the end of cooking, baste and add the butter. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 mins. - Cover with foil and leave to rest for 20 mins before carving Do not reheat. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
