Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry 20-25 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add product. Fry over a Medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.

Suitable for Freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
