Instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45 mins
Needs cooking. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Transfer duck legs to foil tray provided and discard any juices. Place on middle shelf of oven.
Cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices.
Pour contents of sauce sachet over the duck legs.
Cook for a further 10 mins.
Remove from oven. Stir any remaining sauce in foil and pour over duck legs to serve.
Do not reheat.
