Slow-cooked, bone-in duck legs, flavoured with a sea salt and black pepper rub and served with a port and orange sauce. Gluten free. Bake in the oven. Two per pack.

Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Transfer duck legs to foil tray provided and discard any juices. Place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the duck legs. Cook for a further 10 mins.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45 mins
Remove from oven. Stir any remaining sauce in foil and pour over duck legs to serve.
Do not reheat.

Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
