Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 6 mins 900W 4 mins, 30 secs Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and set aside sauce sachet. Empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high (100%). Remove from microwave, drain juices into jug. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the beef along with 2 tbsp of the drained juices. Cover and return to microwave and cook further: 750W 4 mins 900W 3 mins After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins. Carve using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with 2 forks. For best eating quality, carve thinly across the natural grain of the meat. Stir sauce and pour over the meat to serve. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 30 mins. Remove from oven and drain juices into a jug. Pour contents of sauce sachet over beef alongside 2 tbsp of the drained juices. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven. Rest for 2-3 mins.

Storage: Suitable for freezing For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
