Cooking Instructions - General. Need cooking
For best results and to get a sticky glaze oven cook.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.
Carve using a sharp knife or shred by pulling meat with 2 forks. Stir sauce well and pour over the beef to serve.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and set sauce sachet to one side. Empty contents of pouch into a microwavable container.

900W 4 min, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%). Remove from microwave and discard juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over beef.
Cover and cook further.

After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer beef and juices into foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 30 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the beef. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins. After cooking, leave to stand for 2-3 mins.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours.
