Seasoned, boneless brisket of British beef, oak-smoked and slow-cooked for tenderness, served with a Worcestershire barbecue sauce. Roast in the oven. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and place sauce sachet to one side. Empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on full power for
750W 5 mins
900W 4 mins 30 secs
Remove from microwave and drain juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the beef, cover and cook for
750W 1 min

Remove from microwave and use a spoon to drizzle sauce over beef. Cover and return to microwave for a further
750W 2 mins

Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Carve beef using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with 2 forks. Stir sauce well and pour over the beef to serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results and to get a sticky glaze, oven cook only. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray oven provided. Cover with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 20 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over beef. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins
Remove from oven. Rest for 2-3 mins. Carve using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with 2 forks. For best eating quality, carve thinly across the natural grain of the meat. Stir sauce and pour over the meat to serve.

Preparation and Usage

Shred the tender beef + layer with creamy coleslaw + top with tangy pickled veg + fill a brioche bun = next level smoky beef buns
