Two slow-cooked British ham hocks topped with a sachet of sweet and chunky caramelised apple sauce. Perfect for serving alongside creamy mash or crispy roast potatoes. Gluten free. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 8 mins
900W 7 mins, 30 secs
Remove ham hocks from pouch. Place onto a microwaveable plate. Remove from microwave, drain juices and then pour on the sauce for the last minute of cooking.
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Transfer ham hocks to foil tray provided and discard any juices. Place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 25 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the ham hocks. Cook for a further 10 mins.
Remove from oven. Baste the ham hocks with the sauce and rest for 2-3 mins. Remove hocks from tray. Stir any remaining sauce in foil tray and pour over ham hocks to serve.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
