Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Transfer the lamb tagine into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 6-7 mins.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Gently break apart any large pieces of meat. Cover and cook on full power for 750W 4 mins 900W 4 mins Remove from microwave and stir gently. Cover and return to microwave for a further 750W 4 mins 900W 3 mins 30 secs Leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer the lamb tagine into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 15 mins. Remove from oven and stir to break apart any clumps of meat. Return to oven and cook for a further 15 mins. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.
