Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas, 40 mins Needs cooking Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat oven. Line baking tray with foil. Transfer the lamb to a grill rack on the baking tray with fat facing upwards and discard any juices. Cook on middle shelf of oven. After cooking, leave to stand for 5 mins. Carve or flake meat using a sharp knife. Pour over the mint sauce to serve. Do not reheat.

Storage: Suitable for freezing For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product has been slow cooked for tenderness, therefore fat and juices may be visible in the pack. This is natural and will add flavour and succulence during home cooking.
