Dry-cured, Spanish pork sausages seasoned with Pimenton de la Vera paprika and garlic for a sweet and smoky flavour. Great for paella or added to pasta dishes. Bake in the oven for ten minutes or fry for six minutes.

Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 8-10 Mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 Mins
To fry, add a little oil into a hot pan and cook for 3 mins each side, make sure the chorizo is cooked throughout before serving.
