Boil - From Chilled. Roast 5-10 mins - Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces - Preheat some oil in a roasting tin - Place potatoes in a pan, bring pan of water to boil, cover and simmer for 5-10 mins - Drain and shake to roughen surface - Spread potatoes evenly in the roasting tin, baste and place in an oven; Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging For best results, Wedge; Multiple - From Chilled. Wedge Oven Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 25-35 mins - Preheat oven - Cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges - Place wedges in a bowl, drizzle with oil, season as preferred and stir until coated - Place on a baking tray and bake uncovered - Cook until golden and tender, turning occasionally
Oven Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 40-45 mins - Roast uncovered until golden, turning occasionally; Other - From Chilled. Mash 20-25 mins - Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces - Place potatoes in a pan, bring the pan of water to boil, cover and simmer until tender - Drain, return potatoes to heat for 1 min to dry - Add butter, milk and seasoning then mash until smooth and creamy
