A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce, chargrilled red and yellow peppers, Leccino olives, red onions, creamy Italian mozzarella pearls and basil pesto

Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour. We let time and temperature do all the work, slow fermenting for more than 50 hours to create the perfect dough.
Our pizzas are then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian woodfired oven to create a light, bubbly, eggshell crust with a fantastic sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes. We top every pizza with a sauce of ripe, juicy tomatoes mixed with basil, extra virgin olive oil and a little garlic.
For this pizza, we delicately chargrill tender peppers for a smoky flavour. It's finished with creamy Italian mozzarella pearls, balsamic onions, black olives and fragrant basil pesto.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 12 mins
Needs Cooking.
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging including baseboard.
Place pesto sachet to one side.
Place pizza directly on oven shelf.
Drizzle with pesto once cooked and serve.
Do not reheat.
