M&S Wood Fired Pizza with Italian Ham, Mushroom & Mascarpone 474g

A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce, tender Italian ham, sautéed mushrooms and rich, creamy Italian mascarpone cheese

Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour. We let time and temperature do all the work, slow fermenting for more than 50 hours to create the perfect dough.
Our pizzas are then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian woodfired oven to create a light, bubbly, eggshell crust with a fantastic sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes. We top every pizza with a sauce of ripe, juicy tomatoes mixed with basil, extra virgin olive oil and a little garlic.
Here, we're celebrating the classic flavour combination of tender Italian ham, with mushrooms, sautéed and simply seasoned, and rich and indulgent creamy mascarpone.

A delicious wood fired, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with a tomato and herb sauce, tender Italian prosciutto ham, sautéed garlic mushrooms and a rich and indulgent Italian creamy mascarpone cheese. Cooked in a wood fired oven to create a light, bubbly, egg shell crust with a delicate sourdough flavour and aromatic charred notes. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serves 2.
