Vinification Details
Wine-making aimed to showcase the vineyards and the classic Marlborough flavour profile. The fruit was gently pressed, and fermented using specially selected yeasts chosen to help build texture, weight and aromatics. Parcels of fruit were batch fermented until the perfect balance of natural sweetness and classic Marlborough acidity was achieved.
