Hob - From Ambient. Add pasta to a pan of well-salted boiling water. Cook for 10-11 minutes until perfectly al dente. Top Tip! For added creaminess and flavour, drain a little of the pasta water into your sauce at the end of cooking.

I'm brilliant for lapping up thick, smooth sauces thanks to my extra ridged (rigate) shape. Try pairing me with Mr Organic Chilli Arrabbiata Sauce and cherry tomatoes for a true Italian delicacy!
