Sourced from the market in Barcelona, this fairly new variety is grown in the Almeria region of Southern Spain. Deeply flavoured, sweet and savoury at the same time, with a good meaty, firm texture and wonderful dark, ridged skin. A fantastic salad tomato.

This wonderful tomato is best enjoyed raw in salads. Dress simply with a good extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of aromatic oregano to really bring out its deep flavour.
