We recommend using about 10 to 15 grams daily (3 to 4 teaspoons).
Chia seeds quickly absorbs liquid, forming a gel. The most common way to enjoy chia seeds is to sprinkle them over salads or cereals, but they can also be a useful ingredient, particularly when baking.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
