Our modern take on the ancient winemaking process petillant naturel using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level in red coffee-stone soil in the Swartland the grapes express ripe red fruits and saline notes balanced perfectly with the bubbles. Needs to be stored at 6 degrees or less.
