Lamb Balti
Serves 3 to 4
Heat half a jar of Nishaan Curry Base and 2 tsp of Nishaan Minced Ginger Garlic on high heat for 3 minutes. Add 500g of boneless lamb, stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Cover and cook on low heat until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in 100g of East End Chopped Tomatoes, add 2 tsp of Balti Masala mix. Cook until tomatoes and curry base from fine sauce. On medium heat slowly add 100ml of yoghurt and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve on a bed of East End Basmati Rice or with Nishaan Naan Bread. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
