Our original recipe was originally created for the best Italian pizzerias in the North West, so you can guarantee delicious freshly baked pizza at home.
Made with flour high in protein for super stretchy dough that will create light and crisp pizzas perfect for your favourite toppings, and olive oil for a rich flavoured crust. Simply roll and create anything from a classic Margherita with juicy tomato sauce and
creamy mozzarella, to dough sticks for dipping or calzones for stuffing.

Our Story
Amy & Chris created The Northern Dough Co when pizza parties at their Lancashire home became a great way of getting everyone together in the kitchen. Things are a little different these days.  The pizza parties are still going strong but a growing business and range of foolproof frozen dough keeps them very busy. But some things will never change, and that's their mission to put the fun back into creating great food from the comfort of your own home, with the people you love.

Instructions

Oven cook - From Frozen. 1 Defrost in the fridge for 12 hours or in the microwave for a couple of minutes (please see box)
2 Preheat oven to 240C/475F/Gas mark 9.
3 Flour your surface, rolling pin and baking tray.
4 Roll your dough to 10-12 inches, pop onto a floured baking tray.
5 Top with delicious things and bake for 8-14 mins until golden brown.

Preparation and Usage

How to Dough It
1. Defrost
Leaving the dough in the wrapper, defrost in the fridge overnight, or at room temp for at least 4 hours. As the dough comes to life you'll notice it rise and grow - this is completely normal. (If you're short on time, see our website for an emergency timesaving 7 min defrost tip!)
2. Heat
Bring your dough to room temp (so it's super stretchy) and crank up the oven to 240oC/ Gas Mark 9
3. Flour
Dust a work surface, rolling pin and baking try with flour
4. Stretch N Roll
Stretch, roll and shape your dough into a rough, rustic, sorta-circular shape
5. Top
Transfer the base to your floured tray and top it off with a few of your favourite things.
6. Bake
Until the crust is golden brown, and delicious (around 8-10 mins)
