Our Ocado Lamb Chops are ideal for frying or grilling and are very succulent, tender and richly flavoured.

the UK, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and with

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Once opened, use immediately.
Do not exceed the Use By date.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan-Fry Medium: 2 mins each side. Well done: 4-5 mins each side.
For best results Pan-Fry. Lightly oil and season chops with salt and pepper. Taking care, heat a heavy based dry frying pan until hot and cook chops for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for the above times. Remove from pan and rest on warm plate for 5 minutes.
Grill Medium: 3-5 mins each side. Well done: 4-7 mins each side.
