Our Ocado Lamb Mince is ground from selected cuts of lamb for succulent, tender and richly flavoured mince.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +4ºC. Once opened, use immediately.
Do not exceed the Use By date.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Instructions
Remove
all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. For best results pan
fry. Pan Fry: Medium / High
heat 6-8 mins Heat a little oil in a pan until
hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring
frequently for 6-8 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue until
thoroughly cooked. All appliances vary. These are
guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not
re-heat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
