Keep refrigerated at -2ºC to +4ºC.
Once opened, use immediately.

Do not exceed the Use By date.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Pan-Fry
Medium: 12 mins.
Well done: 18 mins.

For best results Pan-Fry.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked. Rest for 5 mins before serving.

Grill (Medium heat)
Medium: 6-7 mins each side.
Well done: 7-8 mins each side.
Rest for 5 mins before serving.
