Our savoy cabbage has outer leaves that are dark green and curl outwards at the top edges, tightly packed heads and dark green crinkly leaves. These cabbages should retain their bite when boiled, be careful not to overcook. They can be shredded and sautéed with bacon bits or lardons for a perfect side dish to a roast or as an accompaniment to any meal either steamed or lightly boiled.
Serving Suggestion To add to a stir fry, fry with garlic, ginger and sesame oil, and add in any further ingredients to serve.

Instructions
Steaming: 1. Remove packaging and outer leaves. 2. Slice into preferred size and rinse well. 3. Place into a steamer. 4. Steam for 9 minutes. 5. Serve immediately.
Boiling: 1. Remove packaging and outer leaves. 2. Slice into preferred size and rinse well. 3. Place into a pan of boiling water, cover and bring back to the boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes. 5. Drain and serve immediately.
