Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Do not exceed the Use By date.
Suitable
for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost
thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume
within 1 day.
Instructions
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 1 hour 30 mins
Place
joint in a roasting tray and loosely cover with foil. Cook in the
centre of the oven. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes. Allow to stand
for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving.
Hob: 45 mins
Place
joint in a large saucepan with enough cold water to cover it. Bring to
the boil and place the lid on the saucepan. Simmer on a low heat. Allow
to stand for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving.
