Instructions
Boil: 10-15 mins
Wash before use. Combine 25g of bulgur wheat with 75ml of water and bring to the boil. Stir and cover. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and drain any excess water.
