Wash before use.
Cook before consumption.
Slice or separate, heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and sauté until tender, add to soups and stir frys for added texture or simply eat on own.
Serving Suggestions
King Oyster - Grilled King Oyster with rosemary - Cut king oyster into thick slices Griddle for 5-6 mins with oil flavour with rosemary salt and pepper serve immediately. Enoki - Add to soups and stir fries at the end to bring out the flavour and texture. Can also be added to salads or as a sandwich filling or great with fish dishes. Shimeji- Add to soups, stir-frys, omelettes and noodle dishes, to provide a mild sweet nutty flavour. Pair with seafood, grilled meats and fresh herbs. Great steamed, roasted, sautéed or even pickled.
