Ocado King Edward Potatoes 2.5kg
These firm, round and bright skinned King Edward potatoes are the king of the roast. Their light cream coloured flesh produces the perfect fluffy texture when cooked. Also great for baked potatoes.
For a garlic roast potato, peel potato and chop in half width ways, crush 3-4 cloves of garlic and sprinkle over potatoes with a dash of olive oil before roasting then ready to serve.
Store in cool, dark place.
Oven: 220ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas 7
Preheat oven. Peel and wash, then cut the potatoes into even sized pieces. Parboil for 10 minutes. Drain then shake the pan to roughen the surfaces of the potatoes. Heat 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a roasting tin. Add the potatoes and turn in the hot oil. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.
