Heating Instructions Remove all packaging.
Microwave: Empty the contents of the can into a microwaveable container, ensuring water covers the chickpeas. Cover and heat on full power for 2 1/2 minutes (750W) or for 2 minutes (850W), stirring halfway through cooking. Stir well and drain before serving.
Hob: Empty contents of the can into a saucepan. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil. Drain before serving.
