Discovered in Catalunya, these Spanish pork sausages flavoured with paprika & garlic are full flavoured and exciting to cook with.
Try cooking the chorizo with chilli, sweet peppers & tomato and serving with rice for a chorizo jambalaya.
Keep refrigerated 0 to +5°C.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Do not exceed the Use By date.
Remove all packaging.
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5
Preheat oven. Place in an oven proof dish on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 mins, turning once halfway through cooking.
