Make the filling: Cut the chicken breast, peppers and onions into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a pan until piping hot. Add chicken and stir-fry over a medium heat until brown and thoroughly cooked. Add the Old El Paso Original Smoky BBQ Fajita Spice Mix and vegetables. Stir-fry until the spice mix coats everything thoroughly to make a juicy filling.
Warm the tortillas: To Microwave: Remove the Salsa Tortillas from the packaging, separate and cover with cling film. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Reduce the time proportionally for fewer tortillas. Time may vary depending on microwave. Oven: Remove the Salsa Tortillas from the packaging and wrap in silver foil. Heat in oven for 15 minutes (180°C, gas mark 4).
Roll and enjoy: Bring the Salsa Tortillas and filling to the table. Let everyone fill the tortillas with 2 tablespoons of the chicken and vegetable mix. Top with Old El Paso Roasted Tomato & Peppers Salsa and roll the tortilla around the filling to make a fajita. Enjoy!

Classic Fajitas 1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle chicken over high heat for 5minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add onion, peppers and seasoning mix, and sizzle for a further 5 minutes 2 Heat the tortillas: Microwave - Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts). Open the pack and separate tortillas. Pan - Heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea to steam. 3 Load the tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, peppers and saucy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy!
