Perfect to enjoy with butter on the day your purchase it, or delicious as toast too. You can also freeze this bread and take out portions as and when you fancy a lovely piece of sourdough.

We recommend storing in a cool, dry place using your Ole & Steen bag. To keep the bread for longer our bread should be sliced and kept in the freezer, to be used as desired.
You can freeze our bread for up to 1 month.
