This wine is pale straw in colour with a fragrant bouquet showing pear and floral aromas with a hint of spice. The palate shows lime, pear and white peach flavours with a generous but soft finish. Here in Marlborough, classic Rapaura gravel soils absorb the sun's warmth during the day, radiating back onto the grapes by moonlight, to create the highly aromatic flavours for which Marlborough is so highly reputed.

Made from grapes sourced from the Marlborough Region of New Zealand, the fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning. A cool tank fermentation followed using aromatic yeasts to enhance the delicious flavours of this wine.
