About the Dish:
In this dish, we’ve looked to this wonderfully idyllic scene for inspiration, filling our ravioli with lobster, crab and prawn. We serve with a fresh tomato sauce and samphire, known poetically in Italian as ‘asparagus of the sea’. Follow the instructions we include with your kit and enjoy a 5* pasta dish in 5 minutes.

Storage
Alternatively freeze before use by date. The pasta can be cooked from frozen, for 4 minutes. The sauce should be defrosted overnight in the fridge.
Instructions
How to cook
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Salt the water (around ½tbsp per litre).
2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for around 2-2 ½ minutes. Stir regularly to prevent sticking.
3. Whilst the pasta cooks, put the sauce and the samphire in a pan and add 2-3tbsp (30-45ml) of the boiling pasta cooking water. Cover with a lid and heat until steaming. Once steaming, turn off the heat.
4. Lift the pasta out of the water and transfer to the sauce, toss gently to coat and cook for an extra further minute.
Serve immediately. Buon appetito!
