- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan. - Add 440g diced lamb* and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins). - Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
*Alternatively, use chicken, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef. Adjust simmer time accordingly
