Instructions

Tandoori Chicken Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix together the paste and 70g natural yogurt.
2. Add the chicken pieces, leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight for a fuller flavour, covered in the refrigerator.
3. Grill under a pre heated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked.

Equally delicious with salmon, prawns, lamb or vegetables

5 tbsp natural yogurt

Tasty Tandoori Chicken for 4
1 Mix together 1/4 of a jar of spice paste with natural yogurt.
Coat the diced chicken and place in the fridge for a few hours, or leave overnight for a fuller flavour.
2 Place onto a foil-lined tray and grill for 15 Mins turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
Try with 1/2 a cauliflower cut into florets and a handful of diced peppers.
