Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove all packagings and put the cordons bleus in a suitable dish. Place it in the oven on middle shelf and let them cook for the indicated time. Turn half way through cooking. Traditional oven: 40 min - Fan oven: 35 min.
Frying pan: Put the cordons in a pan and cook for 25 min on medium heat, stirring regularly. Place on an absorbant paper before serving in order to get rid of the excess of fat.
