Preparation and Usage
• Oven : Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Place the salmon en croûte on a baking tray lined with baking paper and position it on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for the indicated time. If the desired colour is achieved, the puff pastry may be covered with aluminium foil 10 to 15 minutes before the end of cooking. - Fan oven: 55 minutes - Conventional oven: 1 hour 5 minutes
