Our Gluten Free Ranger is our classic Free Ranger pie encased in our highly rated gluten free pastry. Made with 100% free range British chicken and ham hock, all slowly cooked with leek, thyme, cream and white wine.
After travelling around Australia in their early twenties, eating pies every day, Jon & Tristan returned to the UK determined to reinvigorate the humble British pie. And so in 2003, Pieminister was born.
We have grown over the years but remain an independent family-run business. Not just multi-award winners for taste and quality, our Bristol-made pies and patties are also the go-to for conscious consumers. Putting sustainability first, we have set ourselves a series of ambitious goals to hit by 2025, covering everything from animal, human & ecological welfare, to climate change and waste.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place the pie on a baking tray. Put in a pre-heated oven. 180°C Oven/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes
