Recipes

Get creative in the kitchen! Try a Peanut Butter, lime and chilli toastie. You'll need:

2 slices of brown, seeded or multigrain loaf
4 Tbsp peanut butter
½ red chilli, deseeded and very finely chopped
Handful of coriander (cilantro), leaves only
½ lime

Method: Toast the bread slices then immediately spread with the peanut butter. Sprinkle with the chopped chilli and coriander (cilantro) leaves, and squeeze a quarter of lime over the top of each. Serves 2.
