Cooking Instructions - General. For irresistible results, cook from chilled
Make sure your pizza is piping hot before serving. Remember, these are just guidelines - as any seasoned pizzaiolo will tell you, every oven is different!; Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. First, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature below.
2. Unwrap your pizza, remove all packaging, and spread out the toppings evenly.
3. Place directly on the top shelf of your preheated oven for a perfectly crisp base.
4. Cook to the timings below.
5. It's showtime! Remove carefully, slice and serve.
220°C, 9 mins Fan 200°C, 9 mins Gas 7, 9 mins; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1. First, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature below.
2. Unwrap your pizza, remove all packaging, and spread out the toppings evenly.
3. Place directly on the top shelf of your preheated oven for a perfectly crisp base.
4. Cook to the timings below.
5. It's showtime! Remove carefully, slice and serve.
200°C, 16 mins Fan 180°C, 16 mins Gas 6, 16 mins

Cook it our way
1. Prepare your pizza. Remove all packaging including base disc.
Even out the toppings and drizzle around a teaspoon of oil to make it go crispy without drying out.
In the restaurant we use extra virgin oil on this pizza, but garlic oil and chilli oil also work well.
2. Hot and fast. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, once the oven has reached 200°C. Ideally use a preheated pizza stone or a pizza pan with holes in the base. It is fine to put it directly on the oven rack, but never on a solid baking tray.
3. Is it ready? Cook for 7-9 minutes. The cheese will have gone golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.

Eat it your way
In our restaurants you can have pizzas exactly how you want them.
Many people like to add freshly ground black pepper, but here are some other ideas.
Feel like a Soho?
Once cooked, cover the pizza with rocket, scatter over some freshly shaved Grana Padano and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Love the Quattro Formaggi?
Before cooking add the other cheeses. In the restaurant we use Fontal, Gorgonzola and Grana Padano, and add a single black olive in the centre.
Hot and spicy?
After cooking crumble over some dried pepperocini chilli flakes or finely sliced fresh chilli.
