Remove all packaging, even out toppings, and drizzle with a little oil. 3. Place directly onto the top shelf of your pre-heated oven. 4. Cook in line with the timings below. 5. Remove carefully and serve. Enjoy! 200°C 21 mins, Fan 180°C 21 mins, Gas 6 21 mins; Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Preheat your oven to the temperature below. 2. Remove all packaging, even out toppings, and drizzle with a little oil. 3. Place directly onto the top shelf of your pre-heated oven. 4. Cook in line with the timings below. 5. Preparation and Usage
Cook it our way 1. Prepare your pizza. Remove all packaging including base disc. Even out the toppings. 2. Hot and fast. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, once the oven has reached 200°C. Ideally use a preheated pizza stone or a pizza pan with holes in the base. It is fine to put it directly on the oven rack, but never on a solid baking tray. 3. Is it ready? Cook for 10-12 minutes. The cheese will have gone golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.
Eat it your way In our restaurants you can have pizzas exactly how you want them. Many people like to add freshly ground black pepper, but here are some other ideas. Even hotter? After cooking crumble over some dried pepperoncini chilli flakes or finely sliced fresh chilli. Not so hot? After cooking, add some fresh rocket or spoon on some mascarpone. Feel like a Diavolo? Add some pepperoni to this pizza before cooking you will almost have yourself a Diavolo.
