Taste profile: Harmonious taste, well balanced and persistent with typical aromas and scents of cooked must. Full bodied, silky and balanced sweet and sour taste with tamarind and plum jam aromas. Pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
Ideal with cold or grilled meats, aged cheeses and vanilla ice cream. Perfect for sweetening braised dishes, marvellous with fruit salads and cocktails. Surprising with sparkling water.
