Cooking Instructions - General. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to the instructions. Remove all packaging. For best results pan fry. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 12-14 minutes Preheat oven. Place on a preheated baking tray in middle of oven.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
